The Expert Chair is a highly experienced former CEO who has been vetted, trained and certified to professionally facilitate executive peer advisory boards and professionally coach executives to be better leaders, make better decision, and generate better results.

Our Boards meet monthly and are professionally facilitated by the Expert Chair. The meetings are focused on key business opportunities and challenges. Each member is focused on assisting his or her colleague and being assisted. It's about succeeding with high level help rather than alone.
The Chief Executive Board is designed for chief executives and presidents running businesses with $10 million or more in annual revenue. This program enables members to gain fresh perspectives and find new solutions to outperform their competition and their own expectations. The program includes monthly half to three-quarter day problem solving and opportunity capturing meetings with up to 16 chief executives led by the Expert Chair. Multiple times per year Expert Speakers on key subjects are engaged to present learning workshops to the board. Monthly there is a "deep dive" one on one coaching session with the Expert Chair designed to surface the top three focus items for the month ahead and provide accountability as to their execution.
The Key Executive/Small Business Board provides an unparalleled professional development experience for small businesses, senior executives and other direct reports to the CEO. This board helps its members to perform better in their current roles, build the skills to get to the next level, and achieve greater alignment with their CEOs. The program includes monthly, half to three-quarter day problem solving and opportunity capturing meetings with up to 16 chief executives led by the Expert Chair. Chief Executive and Small Business members meet 1 to1 with their Expert Chair. The one-to-one is the engine that drives the entire Board group process. This monthly meeting with your Chair sets the direction and provides the roadmap for everything you do and all you accomplish in your Board group. When you and your Chair engage in focused, meaningful one-to-ones, every other part of the Board process performs at a much higher level.
